These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("Member" or "you") of the v7bet platform. By visiting the v7bet.mom website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. 1. Account Eligibility

To open an account at v7bet, you must meet the following requirements:

2. Single Account Policy

Each individual is entitled to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all related accounts may be terminated and the balances held in them may be forfeited.

3. Account Security & Information Accuracy

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out using your account. If you believe unauthorized access to your account has occurred, please notify the support team immediately.

If any information provided at registration changes (such as mobile number or email address), the member must update it in a timely manner.

4. Deposit Methods & Limits

The following payment methods are currently supported at v7bet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
• Funds must be deposited from a payment method registered in your name — deposits via third parties are not accepted.

5. Withdrawal Methods & Limits

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• v7bet reserves the right to hold a withdrawal request until identity verification is completed.

6. Welcome Bonus

v7bet offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳2,000 → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳10,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → total balance ৳18,000.

This bonus applies only once, on each member's first deposit.

7. Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the bonus amount, 25x wagering on the bonus amount must be completed (calculated on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus).

• Certain games may contribute differently to bonus wagering calculations.
• Withdrawing before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• If any bonus offer has its own specific terms, those apply alongside these general terms.

8. VIP Program

The v7bet VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is the core benefit of this program:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier is determined based on a member's activity and engagement. Cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week.

9. General Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v7bet platform:

• Betting or gaming using another person's account.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Match-fixing or collusion.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or software.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Money laundering or any other financial criminal activity.
• Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account termination and the associated balance may be forfeited.

10. Bonus Abuse

If any manipulative or dishonest method is used to obtain bonuses, v7bet reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it. This includes: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, attempting to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (bonus arbitrage), and registering with false information.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the v7bet platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is owned by v7bet and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any such content without prior written permission is prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

v7bet's liability is limited for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform — including financial loss, data loss, or business loss. v7bet is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Game losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Account security being compromised due to the member's own actions.
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• Technical issues related to third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, etc.).

15. Service Interruption & Maintenance

v7bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend services at any time for platform maintenance or improvements. Appropriate resolution will be arranged for any bets in progress during such periods.

16. Dispute Resolution Process

In any dispute, the decision of v7bet will be considered final, unless the member seeks remedy through proper legal channels.

17. Account Termination & Service Withdrawal

v7bet reserves the right to terminate any member's account, without prior notice, if:

• The member violates these Terms.
• The member's activity is found to be fraudulent or unlawful.
• It is proven that the member opened an account using false information.
• Due to regulatory authority instructions or legal obligations.

18. Severability of Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be disregarded and all remaining terms shall remain fully in force.
